Leuprolide acetate is a synthetic nonapeptide that is a potent gonadotropin-releasing hormone receptor (GnRHR) agonist used for diverse clinical applications, including the treatment of prostate cancer, ендометриоза, uterine fibroids, central precocious puberty and in vitro fertilization techniques.
