Abaloparatides (brand name Tymlos) is a parathyroid hormone-related protein (PTHrP) analog drug used to treat osteoporosis. Like the related drug teriparatide, and unlike bisphosphonates, it is an anabolic (c'est à dire., bone growing) agent. In 2017, it was approved to treat postmenopausal osteoporosis in the United States.
